Your rates contribute to the provision of day to day services, building of new facilities, improving infrastructure and protecting the environment in the City of Bankstown.

Some examples are:

• Waste collection, recycling & street cleaning
• Local road upgrades
• Improvements to leisure and recreational facilities
• Improvements to library services
• Town centre improvements.

There are two ways to receive your rate and instalment notices:

By mail
Please ensure that Council has your current mailing address.

Online
You can choose to receive your rate and instalment notices electronically from Council. There is no charge for this service and you can check your notices at any time, at your convenience. You can also print, save, and email all of your information. Notices will be archived and available on-line for up to two years.
