What's On
The Vegetable Plot: Musical Concert
The Vegetable Plot is a “roots musical” for kids, families, foodies and groovies, starring some of Sydney’s tastiest musicians and singers.

Serving up a feast of fresh grooves, catchy tunes, colourful characters and delicious puns, this funky bunch will ensure you never think about roots music or vegetables the same way again. So come and join Aspara Gus, Sue Kini, Collie Flower, Ru Barb, Rockit Lettuce and friends as they take you deep underground for a ride on the soil train.

A relaxed performance suitable for everyone including children with special needs and their families.

Indulge your senses, and come on an artistic journey with us to discover the fascinating life and times of the famed Mexican artist Frida Kahlo.

You are invited to explore the excitement of making unique artworks of your own that tell a story of who you are. This extraordinary workshop is facilitated by artist Rhonda Dee (www.rhondadee.com) who hails from the Texas/Mexican border.

Learn the fundamentals of black and white photography, which is still one of the most popular, dramatic and powerful form of photography. During the workshop you will learn Black and White photography practice; lighting; high key and low key lighting; high and low contrast of colours and subjects; camera set up; filters; camera style; and picture settings.
