Work was carried out on the amenity buildings at the Kelso Softball and Milperra Reserve both in Milperra, O'Neill Park at Yagoona and Nugent Park Chester Hill Shopping Centre.

Scope
• Replacement of Roofing;
• Replacement of Roof Flashings;
• Replacment of Downpipes.

Timing
The works commenced in January 2012 and was completed in April 2012.
