We're here to help
The Home Library Service is available to Bankstown City Council residents and is free of charge. The Home Library Service delivers to the frail aged, persons with a disability, with a chronic illness, those temporarily unable to use the library due to ill health, and their carers.

Anything that you can borrow from the library can be delivered to you.

Deliveries are made to private residences, retirement villages and nursing homes, every month.
Library staff select books, CDs, talking books, DVDs and magazines to suit individual requirements.

If you would like to know more about the Home Library Service, please phone 9707 9733 or email.

Bus To Library
If you have difficulty travelling to the library, why not join the Bus-to-Library service? This free service picks you up from home once a month and takes you to your closest library and then takes you home.

While you are at the library our friendly staff are available to help, and you will enjoy morning tea. This is a great way to meet new friends, while enjoying a trip to the library. This service is available to senior residents of Bankstown Local Government Area. If you would like to know more about this service, please phone 9707 9733 or email.
