There are two ways to receive your rate and instalment notices:

Paying your rate and instalment notices

Listed below are seven ways to pay your rate and instalment notices.

Call 1300 133 791 any time to pay with Mastercard, Visa, or Amex.  Have your credit card ready. *Service Fee applies.

Contact your financial institution to make payment from your cheque or savings account (credit cards are not accepted)


Rates Internet

Post Office payment of rates


You can pay at your local Post Office OR at any Post Office across Australia.

Receiving your rate and instalment notices online

Enjoy the convenience of receiving your rate and instalment notices electronically from Council. There is no charge for this service and you can check your notices at any time, at your convenience. You can also print, save, and email all your information, and notices will be archived and available on-line for up to two years. Register now, or for enquiries please call Council on (02) 9707 9507.
