Provides an online self serviced interface to customers where they can enquire on planning & development e-Services.
It enables customers to conduct business online with Council at their own convenience allowing seamless access to relevant data and processes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The specific e-Services available include:

Certificate Requests
This component provides the ability for a registered user to request, pay and receive certificates electronically. Once the certificate has been generated the certificate will be emailed back in a secure PDF format.
Certificates that can be requested include:
- S149 - Planning Certificate under Section 149 of the EPA Act ,1979
- S603 - Section 603 Certificate application
- S608 - Section 608 Property Enquiry Form - Building and Compliance

Application Pre-Lodgement
Find out what developments you can do on a particular property.
Provides the ability to enquire on the potential types of development that may be possible for a selected Property.
Taking into consideration the Zone applicable to the Property selected, a list of potential Development Control Plans and Local Environmental Plan will be displayed.
