City Management Plan

cityplan 2009-14 Vol 1 cover

City Plan 2009-2014: Management Plan for the City of Bankstown was adopted by Council on the 23rd June 2009.  The five-year Management Plan is the key Council document to gain an understanding of our multicultural and vibrant City.

Prior to its adoption, City Plan was widely exhibited to facilitate consultation with our community, Councillors, and key stakeholders, including other levels of government and community agencies, together with Council staff.

City Plan 2009-14 reflects Council's medium term strategies and initiatives to ensure that Bankstown continues to grow and prosper, consistent with the aspirations of its community.

Structured in 3 volumes (Volume 1 - Strategic Plan, Volume 2 - Report on Principal Activities, Volume 3 - Finance and Asset Management), City Plan 2009-14 details priorities and funding for initiatives and programs to 2014 and beyond.
