Disability

Bankstown City Council offers services for people with a disability such as Meals on Wheels and Library Outreach.

Council works closely with local disability-related organisations and coordinates the Disability Expo and International Day of People with a Disability.

Council is a member of the South West Sydney Ageing and Disability Forum Executive Committee and collaborates with the community on various other projects and committees.

Council's Disability Advisory Committee meets quarterly and holds a Disability Issues Forum during the disability-related events.

Several information stalls.
Disability Issues Forum on "Young People and Dual Diagnosis."
Free workshops in Bongo drums, Guitar, Laughter.
