CDSE Funding 2008 Round
The CDSE is a state-wide initiative allowing registered clubs with annual gaming machine revenue exceeding $ 1 million to apply 1.5% of gaming machined revenue to specific community development and support projects.
CDSE funding is separated into two types of funding Category 1 and Category 2:
- Category 1 funding is expenditure on specific community welfare and social services, community development, community health, and employment assisting strategies.
- Category 2 funding is expenditure on other community development and support services, and more information on this type of funding please speaks with one of our clubs’ representatives.
In the Bankstown LGA, the CDSE Committee operates through a centralised system so groups only need to send one application per project to the committee rather than sending several applications to the various clubs.
The Bankstown Local CDSE Committee (of which this club is a member) administers Category 1 funding in the Bankstown LGA and has developed an information pack to assist applicants in applying for Category 1 funding in Bankstown.
The information pack includes:
Applications for the 2008 Bankstown CDSE Category 1 funding round open on Monday 10 March and close at 4:30pm Monday 28 April.
Applications received after this date will not be considered in 2008.
Information packs and further information can be obtained by phoning Miguel Ferrero on 9707-9863. To obtain more information about the CDSE generally, please visit the ClubsNSW website .
Applications should be addressed to the Bankstown Local CDSE Committee and sent to the address shown.
