NSW Payroll Tax Incentive Scheme - PTIS
Commencing in 2006, PTIS is a key element of the State government's efforts to assist new and existing businesses in the Bankstown region. Eligibility is restricted to employers that have not previously paid payroll tax in NSW (further conditions apply); the scheme provides a payroll tax rebate at the end of the financial year over a five year period.
